The Global Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering the strategic execution of our enterprise risk management program.

  • Develop, manage, track, and report on the progress of the cybersecurity program in alignment with our adopted security frameworks.
  • Lead project management efforts for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee cybersecurity compliance management activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to baseline and improve the company’s cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate cybersecurity measures into operational processes and product development.
  • Oversee and manage cybersecurity solutions and services from vendors, including but not limited to any third-party cybersecurity suppliers.
  • Manage threat intelligence and protection strategies to safeguard against potential security breaches.
  • Coordinate incident response planning and execution, including the development of response strategies and communication plans.
  • Responsible for managing/retaining cybersecurity incident documentation available on request.
  • Implement and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure and enhance the cybersecurity program’s effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity trends and best practices, providing guidance and training to staff and stakeholders.
  • Committed to continuous education to stay informed on changing cybersecurity risks and needs.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
  • Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are necessary.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong understanding of the NIST framework and other industry-standard cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

At Regions, the Cyber Security Engineer supports applicable services for cloud applications, infrastructure, platform security, and related technologies within the Cyber Security organization. The engineer at this level is considered a subject-matter expert (SME) utilizing extensive experience and technical knowledge and may lead complex projects as necessary.

  • Utilizes extensive knowledge in the design, implementation, and support of relevant cyber security technology solutions
  • Provides technical administration to include troubleshooting support, break-fix operations, patching, and other day-to-day activities for relevant applications
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and investigates organizational objectives and needs, ensuring team mutual knowledge and awareness
  • Reviews and maintains operational documentation and reports to support monthly trend analysis as well as project components
  • Leads research, proof-of-concept, selection, and implementation of technology solution
  • Conducts an advanced level of analysis of pros and cons and build vs buy options, offering opinion to management regarding disputes and contrasts
  • Explores implementation of new technologies, solutions, and methods to improve business processes, efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivered to customers
  • Leads the examination of technology vision, opportunities and challenges regarding security standards and the impact of the technology within the Cyber Security organization
  • Develops and maintains relevant metrics, controls, and other governance administration related to cyber security technology
  • Participates in on-call rotation for the support of any relevant cyber security technologies
  • Assists management collaborating with other teams on projects, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives of the Cyber Security organization
  • Works jointly with management to assist in the development of technical skills and knowledge among team, ensuring the organization has adequate resources to ensure the safety and protection of Regions’ technology and assets
  • Serves as a mentor to team members
  • Acts as a role model in adhering to operational processes, standards, and procedures
  • May serve as a leader in security incident response activities and post-event reviews of security incidents
  • May serve as the subject-matter expert regarding design, implementation, and maintenance of relevant cyber security solutions to business areas, project teams, and vendors
  • May lead complex projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of related post-secondary education and/or experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience within a Cyber and/or Information Security organization within the financial services industry
  • Applicable technology and/or security certifications (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), etc.)

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

The ideal candidate will have the following additional experience:

  • Experience configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls
  • Experience managing, troubleshooting, and configuring Zscaler VPN solutions
  • Experience managing Intrusion Detection / Prevention systems
  • Palo Alto PCNSA a plus
  • Palo Alto PCNSE a plus
  • Zscaler certifications a plus
  • Extrahop NDR experience a plus

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Job Range Target:

  • Minimum: $133,271.20 USD
  • Median: $170,000.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.

Overview

The position of an Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher monitors alarm signals and takes appropriate action following set guidelines and procedures. The Dispatcher’s response time and accuracy in handling alarm signals is critical to life safety. This position requires the ability to multi-task and react quickly to urgent and critical situations. Meeting Service Agreements between Interface Systems and its customers is a priority. Procedures not handled timely and properly create a risk to a customer’s property or life, as well as a financial and legal liability to the company.

The Security Operations Coordinator role is a Non-Exempt in office position starting at $17.00 an hour; bilingual-Spanish candidates will earn $1 more an hour.

  • Frequently monitors signals received in the iSOC, which are communicated from the customer’s alarm system.
  • Frequently places outgoing telephone calls to verify validity of alarm signals.
  • Frequently dispatch appropriate authorities such as police, fire department and medical to customer locations when procedures dictate.
  • Frequently notifies specified individuals via telephone of an alarm or event according to customer-specific instructions.
  • Occasionally answers incoming telephone calls from customers calling to cancel alarms or to inquire about a prior alarm event or status of their account.
  • Occasionally provide assistance to alarm installers, technicians or other authorized individuals calling SOC.
  • Frequently performs basic alarm support such as arming, disarming, and assisting in resetting alarms/ signals.
  • Frequently reviews both live and retrieved video from a customer location to verify alarms.
  • Frequently reviews both live and retrieved video from a customer location to ensure cameras are in working order.
  • Frequently performs routine visual verification of alarm receiving equipment located inside the SOC to ensure proper working order.
  • Comply with all policies stated in the Interface Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of computer terminals which includes typing and data entry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years call center/dispatch, customer service and/or security experience preferred.
