  • Product Expertise
  • Provide advanced product-level expertise, leading complex deployments and resolving intricate technical challenges
  • Serve as the go-to expert for SASE products, guiding customers through sophisticated integrations and customizations
  • Proactively communicate new features and best practices, ensuring customers are leveraging the full capabilities of Palo Alto Networks solutions
  • Product Adoption
  • Lead efforts to drive product adoption, conducting in-depth training sessions, and workshops tailored to customer needs
  • Assess and address gaps in deployment and best practices, translating them into strategic action plans for improvement
  • Ensure customers achieve operational excellence by fully adopting and optimizing new features
  • Customer Impact
  • Act as a strategic advisor, influencing key stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives
  • Manage complex customer engagements, collaborating with account teams to develop and execute high-touch delivery strategies
  • Lead customer escalations, coordinating with internal teams and resources to ensure timely and effective resolution

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of industry hands-on experience with deep expertise in network security, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of SASE, SD-WAN, NGFW, and sophisticated routing protocols such as BGP.
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption, leading complex feature implementations, and delivering advanced training programs.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans, guiding customers through advanced use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • High-level consultative skills, capable of influencing decisions and driving customer success strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, SSL, IPSec, PKI, and advanced troubleshooting tools like tcpdump & Wireshark.
  • Work experience should include 4+ years of hands-on designing, deploying, and managing large enterprise networks in real time.
  • Detail understanding of NoC (Network Operations Center) and SoC (Security Operations Center) day-to-day operational requirements in building and maintaining a secure network
  • Detailed working knowledge of network infrastructure and security, TCP/IP, BGP, NGFW, SSL/IPSec VPNs
  • Solid understanding of routing protocols, with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting BGP-based production networks
  • Background in Internet and Security technologies such as Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs.
  • Proven understanding of Security Life Cycle / Attack Life cycle and other security concepts and use of security products to protect the enterprise network from attackers and data breaches
  • Proven experience with SD-WAN, CASB, or Cloud/SaaS products and PCNSE, CCNP, CCSP, and CISSP certifications is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud networking, virtualization technologies, and API/automation tools for complex deployments

The Team

Customer Success Engineers are product experts, technical advisors, and customer advocates. At Palo Alto Networks, we take a proactive approach to ensure customers achieve their required outcomes with a product or a service through tailored end-to-end technical execution & guidance. Our team is responsible for managing our customers’ technical journey deploying, adopting and maturing Palo Alto Networks Secure Access Service Edge(SASE) products.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $142000 - $230000/YR.   • Lead the Product Management team for Cloud Network Security
  • Collaborate with PM leadership to develop your vision, product strategy, product roadmap and technology requirements as part of market and customer requirements
  • Work cross functionally with the NGFW, Cloud Delivered Shared Services and SASE teams to deliver on the vision of “platformization” strategy
  • Develop, manage & communicate product roadmap to customers, prospects and all key internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering to solve problems and deliver high-quality products
  • Engage with the product marketing team and help them develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams
  • Work with NPI, certification, professional services, support, education team and ensure your products get coverage by these cross-functional teams
  • Drive product pricing and go-to-market decisions

Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Strong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle
  • 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a lead/management role
  • Experience with cloud and networking enterprise products/platforms is required
  • Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
  • Proven track record in leading focused product management teams
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with network security is highly desirable
  • Experience in building AI/ML powered solutions for an enterprise platform is a big plus

  • Creative Program Development & Content Creation - Develop and deliver high-quality, video-based training programs and interactive digital content across multiple formats—including virtual, and video series—to engage and empower our global sales teams.
  • Collaborative Production - Partner with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical experts to develop engaging training materials that captivate and inform. This may include hosting on-camera segments and interactive video broadcasts.
  • Innovation in Learning - Incorporate modern learning strategies such as gamification, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques to create lively and effective training experiences that align with adult learning principles.
  • Impact Measurement - Design assessments to evaluate program success and learner engagement, using feedback and data to continuously improve the content.
  • On-Camera Engagement - Appear on camera to host or facilitate video content, bringing energy and authenticity to internal broadcasts and recorded segments.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience developing and delivering engaging enablement programs within a B2B software sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Experience hosting or producing video content, podcasts, or edutainment-style training, especially tailored for sales teams or technical topics.
  • Proficiency with video production tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • A passion for innovation and a drive to go beyond traditional training methods, with a background in media, video hosting, or interactive content creation.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and a strong understanding of B2B software sales processes.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
  • Experience in video production or media production.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications are also strongly encouraged
