Protect and Defend

Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure. May respond to computer security breaches and viruses.

Ensures the rigorous application of cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity services. Develops and designs security solutions to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information throughout the enterprise. Identifies, plans, and documents improvements to security controls. Develops and documents recommendations and courses of action (COAs) to solve complex cybersecurity problems. Develops and interprets cybersecurity requirements and assists in the formulation of cybersecurity/IT budgets. Plans and schedules the installation of new or modified security hardware, operating systems, and software applications. Ensures the assessment and implementation of identified computer and network environment fixes as part of the Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management program. Guides the implementation of appropriate operational structures and processes to ensure an effective cybersecurity program.

  • Maintaining the appropriate operational security posture for an information system
  • Manage the security of the information system through Certification & Accreditation (C&A)
  • Support the information system owner for the completion of security-related responsibilities.
  • Review System Security Plans (SSP) and solutions
  • Recommend security mechanism implementations
  • Evaluate and document the effectiveness of solutions implemented to provide the "CIA Triad"

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 (five) years of experience with cybersecurity or information assurance
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • One of the following security certifications (active status): CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO - (minimum DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification)
  • Must know Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Active TS/SCI + Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD Cybersecurity Policies
  • Experience with Xacta Solutions (Xacta 360)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
  • Experience with Zero Trust
  • Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services), ACAS (Security scanning software), vCenter, WSUS (Windows Server Update Service), and/or STIGs/IAVA
  • A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution
  • Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineering
  • Location: Fort Meade/Columbia, MD (Customer Site - CANX)

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to help drive and evolve our product. Our technology is new and rapidly evolving, and you’ll be an early contributor with a substantial impact on the architecture. You will be solving multiple exciting technical challenges, work cross-teams and cross-functionally and along with the founding team and CTO.

  • You will be building an A+ team from the ground up to build a new product module
  • You will be working with product, marketing and sales to launch this product
  • You will design, optimize and extend a large-scale, highly scalable, and fault-tolerant system that handles large graph datasets at enterprise scale in realtime. Instances of our product are processing billions of events from tens of thousands of endpoints in real-time with sub-second latency requirements

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. The estimated base salary for this role is $220k to $280k. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.

Job Description

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Dynatrace, you will work with our largest global systems integrator (GSI) partners, including DXC, Deloitte and Eviden, to name a few. This is a global role, and you will be instrumental in creating and executing marketing plans at the global level, while working with Field and Regional Partner Marketers to support local execution.

Marketing activities will focus on marketing to our GSI Partners, as well as marketing with them, creating demand and awareness of our joint offerings in the market. Identifying scalable and repeatable initiatives will be key to success. This is a demand focused role, and metrics for success will focus on key persona engagement, and pipeline contribution.

As we focus on building and maturing relationships with GSI partners, this role presents an opportunity to shape the future of strategic alliance marketing at Dynatrace.

  • You're responsible for building plans and executing marketing activities that directly support our strategy and the appropriate business plans.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external Strategic Alliance marketing requests while collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and own the marketing plan.
  • Drive development of joint value propositions, along with a standard bill-of-materials (BOM) for Strategic Alliances, including foundational assets such as sales cheat sheets, solutions briefs and sales decks.
  • Identify and develop joint communications, demand generation and thought leadership opportunities and integrated programs to be activated by regional teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including key Strategic Alliance partners, and internal stakeholders, including the Dynatrace Strategic Alliance team. Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify Strategic Alliance Partner presence in campaigns, programs and events where appropriate.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Partner Marketing, preferably within the Tech industry
  • Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven track record developing and executing successful partner marketing programs to-, with- and through- GSIs
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with key partners
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the Strategic Alliances plans
  • Travel may be required in this role (up to 10%)
