NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Director specializing in Zero Trust and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our organization. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing and leading IAM solutions in a large, complex organization.
- In-depth understanding of Zero Trust principles and how they apply to IAM.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong social skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft, SailPoint, or similar.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range is 264,000 USD - 408,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
