What we are looking for:

Semperis is seeking an experienced Services Engagement Manager to join our team!

As a Services Engagement Manager at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Professional Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management - Assist with managing all aspects of Professional Services engagements including engagement logistics, assumptions and pre-requisites for both the client and Semperis consultants to define clear understanding of project goals, objectives and scope to ensure delivery.
  • Risk Management – Identify, assess and mitigate project risks & developing contingency plans
  • Budget – Monitor hours and any costs associated with the engagements and match to initial budget amounts.
  • Task Assignment – Assign Project tasks and responsibilities to the team members ensuring clear understanding on expectations
  • Project Planning & Progress Monitoring - Regularly review project progress, identify potential issues, and develop corrective actions to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure projects meet quality standards and that all tasks and deliverables have been completed.
  • Communication – Engage with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives and expectations are managed.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a cybersecurity, Saas environment services oriented organization
  • Strong organizational skills as project management will be the highest priority
  • Extensive client facing experience with Large Enterprise global customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Preferred but not required
  • Consulting firm experience a plus
  • Eastern time zone preferred
  • Knowledge of PSA tools such as Certinia
  • Experience building services practice
