Responsibilities

  • Technical Product Strategy: Collaborate with the VP of Product to formulate and implement our technical product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and our company's growth objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development and management of the product roadmap, incorporating both technical and user-focused requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize technical product requirements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of each phase from conception to end-of-life stages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of product development with the company's strategic goals and customer expectations.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven decisions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Sales and Customer Success Liaison: Act as a bridge between the product management team and the sales and customer success teams, ensuring product capabilities are aligned with customer needs and market demands.
  • Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and updating of comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and customers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct technical competitive analyses to stay informed about market trends and inform our product strategy.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience developing platform features
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product development process, from concept to delivery.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams, including engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for varied audiences.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with various product management and analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $178,200 - $200,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
