Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and administration of IAM platforms through the development of connectors between IGA solution and target applications
  • Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, support Digital Technology throughout any process involving changes in development, QA, and production environments
  • Respond to Level 2 tickets including bugs, outages, and new feature request
  • Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements. Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures documentation
  • Provide reports as requested for audit and compliance
  • Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk to the organization. This will be done by ensuring that the IGA tool is aligned with standards and controls required of all applications, such as User Access Reviews, automated account lifecycle management and partnering with Cyber defense to share logs for threat detection
  • Collaborate with development teams and other IAM service consumers
  • Provide mentorship on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with other IAM team members to provide guidance on IAM related matters and provide input to solution design and system support
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and configurations and deliver training to users and other IT teams

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • An understanding of Enterprise Identity & Access Management core concepts, with a specialization in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Proven understanding of IGA concepts and standard processes including application onboarding, user access reviews Identity Lifecycle Management, Least Privilege and Role Based Access Controls, and DevOps application onboarding
  • Experience implementing and maintaining modern IGA vendors and solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and Lumos
  • Communicate complex engineering topics to technical and non-technical United employees, showing deep understanding of United's business and how applications impact the model.
  • Proven capacity for independent work and collaboration to achieve business outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize work in alignment with the broader United strategy
  • EIAM-Delinea, Duo, Oracle Access Manager, Sailpoint, Saviynt
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of organizational standards and policies (ISO, NIST)
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (SOX, PCI, FAA, GDRP, PII)
