• Lead multiple production deployments of MS Entra, ensuring best-in-class implementation and integration.
• Establish and document platform-specific best practices for MS Entra, contributing to the Simeio Architectural Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support MS Entra solutions that align with our clients' business goals and security requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing IAM solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM and MS Entra.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things MS Entra, providing guidance and support during pre-sales, project scoping, and implementation phases.
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and presentations to internal teams and clients.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of Simeio's IAM service offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on MS Entra (formerly Azure AD).
• Proven track record of leading multiple successful production deployments of MS Entra.
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and best practices.
• Strong technical skills in MS Entra, including integration with other IAM platforms and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
