AGCO is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to work remotely in** North America**. As the Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, designing, implementing, supporting and evaluating security solutions and services that achieve our security program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security solutions and services that achieve the security program goals.
  • Mentor, train, and build clear documentation that supports the growth of the team.
  • Stakeholder management and engagement at various levels of the organization for the area of responsibility.
  • Champion and assist teams implementing the company's standards and performing risk analysis to make our applications more secure.
  • Track and research the latest vulnerabilities and security trends, understanding how they might apply to our environments.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and their mitigation strategies (including OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25).
  • Engage third parties to achieve cybersecurity program objectives.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
  • Direct experience with practice areas aligning to any of the following: secure development practices, security code review, secure coding practices, threat modeling and/or security methodologies.
  • Experience with security testing, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing with experience providing remediation techniques.
  • Direct experience applying applicable standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.) to achieve compliance regulations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically SAFe or Scrum.
  • Strong preference for outcome-oriented thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-level certifications, i.e. SEC+, CSSLP, GIAC, Pentest+, etc.
  • Working knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
  • Broad knowledge of applying security across multiple disciplines (web properties, embedded products, enterprise systems, etc.)
