Responsibilities

  • Work within the Learning & Awareness team and across the Cyber organization to develop a world class enterprise cybersecurity awareness and learning program.
  • Drive a strong culture of cyber security through awareness activities for the enterprise by changing employees’ attitudes, perceptions, and beliefs.
  • Define strategies for the awareness campaigns and initiatives for Awareness & Phishing teams.
  • Identify complex problems and resolutions.
  • Support major Awareness priorities and work plans to drive results for the team.
  • Collaborate with the teams to measure and track projects, as well as progress toward their objectives.
  • Manage multiple project deliverables, meet the associated objectives.
  • Build relationships and collaboration between the team and internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Prepare and present to various audiences on Awareness initiatives.
  • Acquiring client requirements; resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
  • Knowledge of developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures; ability to develop and communicate policies, standards and procedures that guide interactions with customers.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, approaches, and processes of cybersecurity risk management; ability to ensure organizational network operation and minimize negative effect by cybersecurity risks.
  • Knowledge of the processes, tools, and techniques of information security management; ability to deploy and monitor information security systems, while detecting, controlling and preventing violations of IT security.
  • Knowledge of IT security policies, standards, and procedures; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to ensure cyber security compliance.
  • Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

  • The primary location for this position is Irving, TX, Peoria, IL or Nashville, TN.
