  • Responsible for creating the sales development process, methodology, cadences, hiring profiles, and enablement
  • Recruit, train, and manage a world class team of SDRs and SDR managers
  • Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive pipeline development
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to develop outbound campaigns that align to regional territory plans, ARR goals, and the Marketing team on inbound demand generation and campaign execution
  • Ensure that sales accepted leads are consistent and in line with company objectives
  • Ensure that you and your teams effectively and efficiently qualify inbound leads as well as develop outbound strategies leveraging revenue and field marketing resources and content
  • Motivate and empower individual and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship, and manage SDR career advancement within the company
  • Report on sales metrics and conduct weekly forecasts to Sales leadership, and ensure that results are easy to consume and understand by all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering consistent sales pipeline at both large enterprise accounts and more transactional commercial accounts managing outbound prospecting teams
  • 5+ years experience managing a team of SDRs
  • Management experience leading teams of 15 or more team members across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Knowledge and experience with both outbound and inbound business development motions and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proven success aligning key stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and product marketing
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and retain new SDRs
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft or Outreach.io, LeanData and other sales productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS experience for a technical, complex product (networking, DevOps, security) highly preferred

The base salary range for this position is: $136,500 - $178,500, with an expected overall targeted earnings (OTE) range of: $195,000 - $255,000. The salary range and OTE reflect the low and high end of the U.S. range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual salary offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • Experience with the skill sets required for success
  • Demonstrated competencies and potential
  • A geographic market-based approach

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual to get in on the ground floor as we build out our Technical Support function at Cyberhaven. The Technical Support Engineer L3 candidate is passionate about technology, is always curious, and driven to delight customers. A true problem solver, you will take personal ownership in seeing a problem through to resolution or escalating and collaborating with some of the most talented engineers in the world. You will become an expert on Cyberhaven’s Data Detection and Response platform, understand how it interacts with all the endpoints our customers interact with, and understand how our customers are trying to reduce data loss threats across the organization.

Ideally, you will be comfortable speaking with security and customer operation teams. You must have technical depth, be client obsessed, and experience with a SaaS based security product. Having the desire to take initiative, own and resolve customer issues, and love working in a fast paced, high growth environment is key.

This role reports to the Director of Support, and is a 100% remote role.

  • Provide well-thought-out and reliable directions in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers solve reported issues and guide them on proper use of our platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in providing technical support to customers for software solutions
  • Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting security and/or endpoint technologies.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA and Github.
  • Proven experience with managing external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with complex endpoint DLP solutions.
  • Ability to manage high priority support requests. Ability to work closely with a development team to communicate customer requirements.
  • Proven experience in meeting customer SLA expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with creative and logical thinking.
  • Highly motivated, customer-centric person, strong customer empathy and focus.
  • Ability to work as part of a global team. Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (especially over the phone).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux software configuration and deployment management (SCCM, GPO, Intune, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic software debugging (Task Manager, Event Viewer, Sysinternal Tools)
  • Advanced use of grep, regex, log scraping in command line, etc.
  • Knowledge of system software design (services, drivers, agents)
  • Ability to interpret complex log files and identify issues

The estimated base salary for this role is $85k to $120k. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. Location - The ideal candidate will be based in Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis or New York.

  • Marketing planning: manage a regional GTM strategy and execution plan, aligned to the global plan, to drive quarterly results across segments.
  • Land localized campaigns and targeted programs in the region which align to global marketing priorities and execute against a local customer journey.
  • Create and execute a mix of virtual and live prospect and customer events that evangelize the brand, drive customer awareness and education for AI and cybersecurity innovation and increase engagements, meetings, and conversions across every stage of the customer journey.
  • Plan, orchestrate and execute third-party industry and Darktrace-led events to engage, accelerate and network with prospects and customers. Maintain regional event calendar.
  • Execute regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives aligned to worldwide strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the AMS market and tangible regional marketing experience working with sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that include written, verbal, virtual team collaboration.
