As a Solution Architect initially covering North East USA you will be the frontline subject matter expert and hands-on evangelist of SECURITI.ai products with customers and partners. You will be trusted for explaining value proposition & technical differentiation of our products to customers, understanding their requirements, showing insightful demos, running successful POCs and deployments and helping to win business.

Leveraging partners to drive growth, you will also work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams.

You would have 3-5 years recent experience in Enterprise Sales including Data Protection or Cyber Security, as well as a strong understanding and connections with channel partners covering the region.

  • Helping win and keep customers, by providing them technical insights and making their POCs and deployments successful
  • Lead all technical presentations and discussions with customers, as the subject-matter expert
  • Perform demos to show product capabilities and differentiation
  • Perform proof of concepts and deployments
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with detailed technical explanations
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and product marketing teams
  • Stay on top of the technical sales cycle to help win customers
  • Provide insights about customer requirements to product management and product development

Requirements

  • Passion and ability to learn new technologies and implement them in customer environments

  • Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, articulating how Trend Micro offerings can address their needs.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a firm understanding of AI offerings, preferably from both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in sales or business administration preferred
  • At least five (5) years of industry sales experience selling to commercial accounts and to specific verticals.
  • One to three years of management experience
  • Strategic leadership ability
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Proven record of closing large enterprise security transactions ($100k-1M+).
  • Experience selling to CSO and Director of Security level contacts within an enterprise.
  • Successful experience working with channels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills including a demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle to closure.
  • Have strong qualification skills and can motivate prospects
  • Be able to develop new pipeline opportunities

Position Summary:

In this remote role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities in a designated set of accounts. You are a “farmer” with a background in Enterprise Network Security sales and have a results-oriented mindset with a passion for over-achieving sales targets while exceeding customer expectations. You will be playing a key role by influencing prospects to buy Trend Micro solutions in this highly competitive security sale.   • Proven record of closing large enterprise network security transactions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Trend Micro products, services and processes.
  • Create and maintain monthly product forecast as well as develop, manage and report on a sales report pipeline within the territory.
  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts.
  • Follow sound sales processes and steps including creating and implementing a strategic territory plan and driving and overachieving aggressive revenue targets.

  • 5+ years' experience of network security sales.

  • History of extensive and consistent cold calling skills to develop pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills including a demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle to closure.
