As our GSI Solution Architect covering and based in North America, you will be the frontline subject matter expert and hands-on evangelist of Securiti products with customer and partners. You will be trusted for explaining value proposition & technical differentiation of our products to partners, understanding their requirements, showing insightful demos, enabling successful partners and helping to win business.

Leveraging partners to drive growth, you will also work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams.

  • Helping partners win customers, by providing them technical insights and entablement making their deployments successful
  • Lead all technical presentations and discussions with partners, as the subject-matter expert
  • Perform demos to show product capabilities and differentiation
  • Help partners be successful with joint solution offerings
  • Present at partner events
  • Respond promptly to partner questions with detailed technical explanations
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and product marketing teams
  • Provide insights about partner/customer requirements to product management and product development
  • Act as the internal champion for the growth of partnerships across Securiti

Requirements

  • Passion and ability to learn new technologies and implement them in partner/customer environments
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Solid understanding of on-premise and cloud-based data platforms
  • Strong experience for implementing complex data projects with large enterprises
  • Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, and security of data
  • Good domain knowledge of compliance, cybersecurity & privacy
  • 5+ years of proven hands-on experience with large enterprises

You would have 5+ years recent experience in Enterprise Sales Engineering including Data Protection or Cyber Security, as well as a strong understanding and connections with GSI partners.

Security Software Regional Sales Director for West - supporting Enterprise and MidMarket

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Director responsible for managing and selling One Identity’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to the West US region. This is a remote based role and prefer this person to be based in the region. Travel is required to support sales representative activities with customers, prospects and customers throughout the region to drive bookings growth.

Manage and lead a sales team covering the West region. Communicate, implement and execute sales activities and strategies to maximize sales bookings in line with corporate objectives. Assume responsibility for accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual bookings.

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong understanding of customer/industry climate
  • Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
  • Recent Sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of success leading sales teams.

  • Design and execute GTM program to drive growth
  • Create alignment across the leadership teams (Field Sales, Product, Ecosystems, Services and Operations) on the GTM Strategy and execution path for our U42 business

  • Proven track record of building and leading high performing, global teams to drive new product revenue growth

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $253,000/YR - $346,500/YR.
