Amazon Field Experiences (AFX) is hiring for a Security Operations Analyst role focused on building scalable mechanisms, tools, and products that enable sales & marketing teams to be more secure, with emphasis on the Salesforce platform. This is a key role in assisting AWS Sales & Marketing teams in managing access control to AFX services and data.

Responsibilities
- Extract, process, and filter data to present insights around large data sets in narrative form
- Help develop technical solutions and new security tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
- Configure and troubleshoot security controls in internal AWS tools, especially Salesforce
- Research root causes of issues and identify process breakdowns
- Assist with research and testing of additional security processes and products
- Define the future of access controls from policy and technical perspectives
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience with Salesforce or JIRA
- Experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery
- 4+ years relevant experience in support engineering, technical product or program management, data analysis, or security operations
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases and data warehouses with SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in related roles
- 4+ years of experience creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation with Engineering teams
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce automation
- Experience with vulnerability risk and impact assessment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate through ambiguity
- Experience effectively dealing with customers during problem resolution
- Demonstrated experience writing artifacts for business and tech stakeholders
