What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative, Emerging Products, who will focus on selling our Cloud Security Portfolio and AI SIEM solution to the Public Sector. The ideal ESR displays a deep passion for and proven track record of strategic business planning and revenue attainment. This person will have the responsibility for driving the next stage of growth for AI SIEM and Cloud Security in the Federal and SLED territory, and tasked with achieving revenue targets working with our core sellers and our channel partners including managed security services. They will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns, and drive overall sales excellence in a competitive market.  The AI SIEM  and Cloud teams are the backbone of the SentinelOne growth engine, providing a world class data platform that enables unrivaled cost, performance and scalability and a comprehensive Cloud Security solution set.  Help us get this platform into the hands of customers and support them in their mission of securing their enterprise across their entire estate. Â

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling AI SIEM and or data products (such as log analytics, data warehouses, ETL and BI products) and Cloud Security products such as CNAPP, CWPP, and CIEM.Â

Responsibilities

This position is a strategic overlay position responsible for driving sales of SentinelOne's AI SIEM (Data) and cloud and cloud-native security solutions. You will lead local execution of and alignment to company strategies and tactics with its public sector teams and SentinelOne partners including Cloud Provider partnerships such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Â

By working closely with Sales and Marketing, and via a consistent cadence of management reporting visibility, the position is responsible for increasing the penetration of the company’s Cloud/Container Security  and AI SIEM solutions into existing and new accounts.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling Endpoint and/or Cloud security based products.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of above-quota sales experience, in the Federal space selling EPP/EDR and/or cloud security solutions
  • Deep knowledge of public cloud architectures
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, containers/kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud native technologies
  • Big passion for cyber-security
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision makers
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
  • Prior startup experience
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range

$138,000 — $190,000 USD
